We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

Cancellation Terms

More than 24 hours before service: Full refund, no cancellation fee. 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund. Less than 12 hours before service: No refund. No-show: No refund.

Rescheduling

Free rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled service. Changes to date, time, flight number, or package can all be accommodated at no extra charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

If your flight is delayed, your greeter adjusts their schedule automatically at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling to your new flight.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disaster, volcanic activity, airport closure, or other events beyond our control, we offer full refund or rescheduling credit valid for 12 months.

How to Cancel or Modify
