How do I book Bali meet and greet airport service?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via bank transfer (USD/IDR), PayPal, credit card, and cash on arrival in USD or IDR. For group bookings above $200, a 30% deposit confirms your reservation. Individual bookings can be paid in full at the airport on the day of service. All prices listed are final with no hidden fees.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, booking modifications are free up to 12 hours before service. Changes to flight numbers, arrival times, or passenger counts can be made via WhatsApp. Upgrading your package (e.g., from Essential to Premium) is possible at any time before your flight lands. Just contact your dedicated booking coordinator.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance. During peak season (July, August, December, January) book 3–5 days ahead to secure your preferred greeter and time slot. Same-day bookings are accepted when available. For large groups (10+ people) or VVIP service, book at least 1 week ahead.
