What started as a small team of three dedicated airport professionals has grown into Bali’s most trusted airport assistance company. Our founders recognized that arriving at a foreign airport — especially one as busy as Ngurah Rai during peak season — was the single most stressful moment of any Bali holiday. Our Team
Our operations are led by a management team with combined experience of over 30 years in Bali’s tourism and aviation industry. We employ 40+ full-time airport greeters, each with a minimum of two years of airport service experience and fluency in at least two languages.
Every team member passes background checks, holds valid airport security clearance, and completes annual refresher training in customer service, emergency procedures, and cultural sensitivity.
