Within a few hours of booking (and at least 24 hours before your flight), we send you a personalized confirmation that includes: your assigned greeter’s name and photo, their mobile phone number and WhatsApp link, a meeting point description, and any pre-arrival instructions relevant to your service. We also begin monitoring your flight in real time.
For Arrivals: Upon landing, your greeter will be waiting at the aircraft gate (Premium/VVIP) or at the immigration hall entrance (Essential). They hold a sign with your name and immediately begin assisting you through every checkpoint: immigration, visa counter, baggage claim, and customs.
For Departures: Your greeter meets you at the terminal entrance (or your vehicle), assists with check-in, escorts you through immigration, and walks you to your gate or the VIP lounge.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your flight lands. However, we accept same-day bookings subject to greeter availability. During peak season (July–August, December–January), book 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred package.
